Do I have to collect my order in store?

You have the option of Click and Collect or delivery. Simply choose your preferred option at checkout

Can I have items purchased from your store embroidered?

Absolutely! Our "Mother Store" (Lithgow Workwear & Embroidery) specialises in embroidery and our Embroidery Queens would be more than happy to personalise any compatible items for you. Just ask our staff in store or reach out at check out.

We recommend adding that personal touch to the Country Road newborn snuggly bunnys or the kids beach towels

Can I have items purchased from elsewhere embroidered?

You sure can! Our staff would be more than happy to personalise your items for you. Just reach out in store or ask at the online checkout

What brands do you stock?

In clothing and headwear we stock Country Road, Ringers Western, Saint Goliath, Designer Kidz, Animal Crackers, Pilbara, Hard Yakka, Rainbird, French Soda, Jacaru, Sherpa, JB's, Norsewood and Ugly Fish Sunglasses

Footwear we stock Country Road, Skechers, Baxter, Blundstone and French Soda

Plus we are often adding new brands as we continue to grow

What school uniforms do you supply?

We fit out children attending:

- Lithgow Primary School

- Cooerwull Public School

- St Patrick's Primary School

- St Joseph's Catholic Primary School

- Meadow Flat Public School

We stock sizes ranging from 4 through to XL with the possibility of sourcing size 2 or 2XL+ for certain items. Just ask our friendly staff if you feel you'll need different sizes

Do I need to order school uniforms?

No, you can either order your childs' school uniform online or bring your child into store (no appointment needed) and we can correctly fit them out for you to take the clothing that day

What payment options do you offer?

We accept AfterPay, PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

We also offer instore Layby

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we sure do! Just ask our staff in store and they will fix you up

What is your returns policy?

You can return your items within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Items need to be returned in store in their original condition (unworn, unmarked, tags in place), with the receipt of purchase

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or undergarments
